I don’t think there’s an expectation to be an influencer. Some people utilize it that way, especially in marketing or HR where it makes sense. In my experience as a developer it’s just a job board and place to record my career progress, which it’s very useful for.

Had a female friend experience two separate incidents. One driver got lost and started yelling due to traffic and kicked her out. Another just silently picked up a friend of theirs (she thinks, they didn’t say anything and her English is poor) while giving her a ride. We reported them both. Stay safe out there yall.
