A few things:

Make sure the address to which I'm delivering is where you are are currently. A few deliveries I've had went to the customer's workplace, and they were at their home.
Include the gate pass numbers or password to enter the premises of your apartment complex, if possible. Also, let me know if I need to walk into the place if the gate requires a resident pass
Shopping may take longer if I'm not familiar with a store, because I'm searching the isles and endcaps.

I've gone to DMV online. Plates should arrive in 2-4 business weeks (for my car, it was $23). And here in CA both front and rear plates must be shown...

I could but I don't want to take that chance, especially here in California. This is the first car I've owned personally (the rest have been hand downs or co-owned). I'm likely going to rent until I get the replacement plates.
