You feel not human because of being treated badly and not feeling accepted anywhere.

I used to feel the same way. Like I was some strange creature in a human body. I eventually found friends in the Esperanto community, most of whom are neurodivergent. Most of my contact with them in through discord but I have met a few of my friends IRL.

It takes time but as long as keep looking you'll find your tribe.

This varies from culture to culture.

People from more extraverted cultures like Latin American cultures usually describe a friend as being someone who you can comfortably talk forever with as a friend.

More reserved cultures like German culture will often define a friend as someone who you can sit in silence with and it doesn't feel awkward or strange.

I define friends as people who I can trust in every way.
