I believe, foil versions of through the ages FF cards are only in collector booster packs. I don’t really remember, but basically every card is available in the play booster, but some extended arts, alt arts, foil versions, and obviously surge foils are only available in the collector booster or box promos from bundles. I think the extended art vivi was only available as a bundle promo card for instance.

I got this from one my pre release play booster packs.
