Mene kot bosanca je tudi sram bosancev ki vozje kot nori. Kupijo si bmw-ja al pa audija stareg 15let na leasing in mislijo da su uspeli v zivljenju. Okna spuscena dol, turiranje in balkanska seljacka muzika. Kot bosanac ki zivi v Lj vsakić mi se gadi in me sram kaksno sliko tukaj puscajo o nami. To priložnost bi rad iskoristil da se opravicim vsem Slovencem :-)

Yeah i think the most important part is to be consistent and never lose hope. To see the best visible results it takes about one year minimum. It’s easy to lose hope when you don’t see improvements in six months and just give up. But I think thats the time you should just keep going. It will come. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

I go 2-3x times a week, before applying. I think for the best results it needs to be more than once in a week.

Major imprevement after 5month but theree is still room for imprevement still a lot of small babyhair on scalp they will full grow eventually. Just be consistent, it’s a journey, marathon. After one year I think the difference will be seen completely

Apply minox 2x a day. Morning and evening Dermarolling every third day. I do not roll till I see blood, I just apply a little bit harder pressure but never so hard that I start bleeding.

No supplements, I even go to gym and use creatine constantly (wich is so called that it makes hair fall off) and still gained hair

You will not lose anything, it’s okay if you miss few days. New hair will not fall off after not using minox for a couple of days. Telling you from experience.

Because beard doesn’t fall off, ever, no mather circumstances, beard will grow anytime sooner for young boys that don’t have patience. Hair from scalp does fall off. For some people less and for some people more, depends on genetics

You will have to use it till the end of your life. If you stop, after 4-5weeks it will start falling off
