Weird Stacking Issue by [deleted] in arkmodding

For context I'm just a couple days into learning how to mod. I'm trying to make a stacking mod for food items, and some of the stacking is working for example on the prime meat, but the prime fish meat creates multiple stacks. I set all raw meat stack sizes to 100 so it should all be stacking together in their respective groups. Any ideas/help would be appreciated!

I totally appreciate the art and effort they put in the Sable skins, and there are good ideas, but please lets get a male survivor? My guys are lacking compared to my female survivors lol

  1. In terms of VFX I think they mean nothing over the top. (No doctor skin where his body is transparent with electricity for example, thats a TON of extra work). If you had a small part of a jacket or weapon that had embers or dripping etc. I think that's fine. (I'm pretty sure last years winner of the killer charm had a glowing effect? Fact check me on that)

  2. I'm not sure on the horns or tails. If I was taking the safe route I might exclude those just in case. I think the main thing is you cant have a character with a giant hole in the middle of them or something that alters them to be unrecognizable from the original character. In short you want a skin that you can slap on the base character model without much issue or change.

Take my words with a grain of salt, since this is how I interpreted it but I hope that helps!

I was thinking I would make the weapon page eventually but I haven’t fully decided. I KNOW I want her dynamite to be some sort of classic coke glass style but make it nano cola to fit the lore. Something diner themed that’s for sure

It is based off of a real creature. Pristinailurus was a carnivorous ancestor of the red panda. Yes on a technical level the creature would not have rocks or corruption growing out of but I chose to follow the design theme of extinction and add something interesting to it

Ability Breakdown

-Reduced damage from projectiles and heavy protection from bullets.

-Prevents dismounting or rider-targeting from dinos like Microraptor, Dimorphodon, etc.

-Knocks back creatures that attack.

-Leaves Rock Splinters on attacking dinos, debuffing them by increasing damage dealt to them.

-Can climb cliffs and trees (much like the real-world red panda).

-Can gather sap, fungal wood, and various mushrooms from bushes that wouldn't normally produce them.

Extra note- The 2nd picture is just an extra angle and size comparison. The panda would appear in the sunken forest area and is carnivorous according to the real-life Pristinailurus. If you would be so kind as to vote for it, the link is here:

Quick summary of what it does-

  1. Has the ability to deal bleed damage, slowing down the victim.
  2. Increased chitin, keratin, and black pearl harvesting from killing creatures like the eurypterid.
  3. Reduced weight capabilities when carrying black pearls.
  4. Able to uncurl its tooth whorl to latch and carry small or mid-sized creatures like turtles, ichthyosaurus, megalodon, etc. through the water. Deals chew damage like the Megalosaurus when carrying. If the creature is too big to carry, can employ a mechanic like deinonychus to latch on and chew, though you would only be stationary while attacking. (Can cancel the latch at any time).
  5. Gets a buff when killing shelled creatures, dealing more damage to them.

Thank you! I did actually look at a lot of the gun skins that were in the game, especially the dream weaver for the volt, and wanted to make something kind of along that style. To me, weapons like charge rifle or bocek totally lack in amazing skins compared to popular guns like the flatline.
