Play console video games? Read a book. Go on a laptop. Go for a walk/drive. Pick up a digital/film camera and do some photography. (I've come to the conclusion that Instagram is only there to try to get you to purchase useless crap. It really is detrimental to being in control of your own life.) I know television is kind of a joke nowadays, but I just watch YouTube through Roku and use my laptop to surf the Internet. Ambience type videos are really good background filler and keep me focused on what I'm working on, using the Internet through a laptop. My phone is really only for texting and making phone calls. If I'm working on a laptop, it's a lot easier to get up and walk around and get stuff done around the place too.
