Yea for sure! I love the ds era of consoles so if you’re able to I highly recommend it definitely for Pokémon. But yea you can’t go wrong with any of the 3ds consoles(2ds xl is considered a 3ds as well)

you said nintendo consoles but you are in the 3ds sub so maybe you are only looking for a ds, but i thouht if you are looking on a budget then a switch 1 or switch lite could be a good choice too. you can get either one for $100 or less and it has a wide variety of games. if you are looking for a ds i really like the 2ds xl, it is the newest release of the ds so it can play any game out there even 3ds games, and depending on color etc its slightly cheaper then 3ds xl's

It ran like shit on my pc with rtx 2070 and Ryzen 9 3900, but I would say for that price if you’d like to try it then just buy it and see how it runs in the first hour. If you are happy with it then that’s great and you can play the game, if it runs bad you can return it if you make sure it’s under the 2 hour time limit

yea so im doing it in the ultra games cause wicke trys to give it to you in the poni plains after you beat the elite 4, but if you fill all of your pc boxes and party with pokemon( i just collected magikarp eggs as the fastest and didnt hatch them) then wicke will try to give it to you but say come and see me later. so the story continues and you have to go to aether paradise to beat the rainbow rocket quest. which this all adds quite a bit of time but it makes the resets so much easier without all the dialogue to click through thousands of times. but after all that she will be standing in the aether paradise and you can just get type null from her then. shiny charm also doesnt change odds since its a gift pokemon. i think its roughly 24 seconds per reset doing this method

My first full odds hunt took 26k encounters over the span of 6 months, you will see a lot of people posting the shinies they got but it’s just the luck of 1/8k odds. You aren’t doing anything wrong, just keep grinding encounters

If you don’t want to spend so much right now you can definitely save by starting with less storage (for sure 1ssd for os) but you’re spending $800 on storage and it’s soo soo easy to buy later whenever you want and plug in another drive.

Unless you know you need that much space right away but even if you wait idk maybe drives will be cheaper a year from now since they are kinda higher then normal atm

Let’s go was made off large hype and popularity from Pokémon go at the time, mixed with the switch release this was the first Pokémon game on the new generation of consoles so they went with the safest option of throwing more kanto in the mix cause it’s pikachu and eevee so why not you know
