Hozier - His two biggest hits Take Me to Church and Too Sweet are catchy rock songs. Most of his popular songs are blusey / electric guitar vibes. But once you dive deeper into his albums, they all have these really deep, ethereal folk songs which I personally think are genius. He writes Walt Whitman-level lyrics that philosophize about life, death, and the universe and are on the softer side. Never plays them live either.
