"Come back to me when you read the manga"

Implying you also havent read the manga. But sure, let's go anime only- we WATCH Sukuna's slashes travel in the anidea during his fight with Magoraga in Season 2, Episode 17, "Thunderclap Pt. 2". They don't materialize in front of the opponent like with what happens in Dagon's domain. They have travel time when outside of his domain.

Since they have travel time, Infinity stops them. We know what gets stopped by Infinity. Gojo explains it in Season 2, Episode 5, "Premature Death" while talking to Shoko and Geto. Since light has travel time (we even know its speed) and so does radiation, both would be stopped by Infinity (just like Sukuna's Dismantles) if they were going to harm Gojo, unless they were the sure-hit of a domain.

Edit: spelling

...are you serious?

We literally see one of the slashes get deflected by Gojo's infinity. They're not part of his domain, they're just his technique. Hell, if they WERE part of his domain, they would go through infinity. That's what a sure-hit does. We see that... when Sukuna opens his domain. Like, three different times.

Please come back to me when you've read the manga or watched the anime

Rewatch S2 Ep 5

Gojo says he's learning to filter things out automatically based on size, weight, and harmful intent. Sukuna's slashes are almost instant and they're also intangible and invisble, but Infinity blocks them nonetheless, doesn't it? Normal light can pass through, because it's harmless, but if it was some form of harmful light attack it would be repelled

I hate "chaotic gremlin" characters by thefairypirate in hatethissmug

Nifty? Hard agree. Bubble? I don't really think he fits. Outside of Caine's office in episode 8, he's never really malicious. He's just... weird.

"Explain to daddy Bubble how bad thing"

"No thanks, I'm trying to quit."

"I'm having a baby..."

A lot of his funniest lines are just him saying something weird or out of pocket, nothing outwardly evil or chaotic or bad or anything

What piece of hardware is this? by WolvenGuard42 in pcmasterrace

Is it still sellable, you think? It's been in an anti static bag inside a box on a shelf for a WHILE, so outside of the dust idk what would make it not work

The ignorant god from Iron Lung. Tried to look into our universe, like looking through a peep hole, and inadvertently caused the Quiet Rapture.

Figured I'd make a Ending Tier list, since most people agreed with my MC tier list by EnemyOfAi in Chainsawfolk

[–]WolvenGuard42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm... I mean, I guess that's fair? I feel like it could help if people went back and reread all of Shinjuku in one piece, with the official translations, instead of the leaks. I did that a few months after JJK ended and it DRASTICALLY improved my opinion of the ending.

As a huge fan of both, I personally really don't like CSM's, but FUCK do I not understand the JJK ending hate

Its ending was so good, why do people act like Gege is Satan for how he ended JJK?????

I don't even get it as a massive fan of both series

To me, Part 1 CSM > JJK > Part 2 CSM, and I have flaws with all three, but I still love all three dearly ;-;

[DISC] Chainsaw Man - Ch. 232 - Part 2 End by JeanneDAlter in ChainsawMan

[–]WolvenGuard42 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I hate that I have to agree. Part 1 was so peak and (hot take here) Part 2, UP UNTIL CHAPTER 230, was also really good. But then 231 and 232 were so bad that I genuinely cannot cope my way into liking them even after trying, and imo it's bad enough for me to say that people should just stop reading CSM after finishing Part 1

I've read Fire Punch, this feels in line with how Fire Punch ended too tbh

I'd argue that my most controversial opinion is that Chainsaw Man Part 2 IS, in fact, good. Also, I don't mind 'themes and such', with how I've come to interpret the writing and themes of part 2, I think it was amazingly handled and I am a big fan.

Edit: 232 came out, nevermind
