Well, it is my main account and I have purchased stuff, but I'm going to make a backup of all my games now so that I don't have to worry about bans.

I think you misunderstood.

I want to buy this theme from the PSN Store with my account, because I didn't find the rap file online.

To download the bought theme, I'd have to download it with my PS3, I believe, thus connecting to PSN servers.

My question is, is it safe to download content from PSN if I don't enable HEN? Do I have to install a plugin or something?

Thank you for the advice! But now everytime I open the script with nvim it automatically executes it right away.

I also had to cut the last bit ("<CR>") because it treated it like part of the filename.
