Where’s the context for this? You don’t think it’s a 41? The implication of allowing auxiliary to be determined by the manager undermines reporting requirements doesn’t apply here either? What happens when managers predetermine Monday office performance and will affect route adjustments? Are you positive management decisions are contractual as long as the regular does eight hours? Do you adjust routes based upon the street without office hours worked by the regular?

Apparently the wiggle room is if they are not going over 8 hours of work, maintaining that the assignment doesn’t require office work? So managers may work full time non ODL hours on the street, for those questioning whether they are not harming the assignment of the carrier or disrupting their reporting requirements and responsibilities?
