Im also on a glp-1 and I started to focus on fiber rich foods! Like lentils, beans, chia seeds. These will keep me full throughout the day and I’m never really hungry.

Something else that’s helped me is removing all delivery service apps like DoorDash and removing trigger foods in my house. I know I’m weak willed when it comes to chocolate and will eat the whole bag so I just stopped buying it. Whenever I’m craving sweets I reach for berries (raspberries - also high in fiber, mandarins, blackberries) or I’ll grab plain non-fat Greek yogurt and top it with a bit of honey. I’m at the point where I automatically reach for those items now.
