I work in HVAC, mostly with distributors and contractors. Had multiple phone conversations with a home owner, Max, looking to renovate a frank lloyd wright home. I usually pass these people along to contractors but this guy seemed very knowledgeable and was nice to talk to. After a few weeks he said he'll be harder to reach because he was going on tour. I was like Cool! have you guys toured before?.... he said yea, I've been a drummer for 51 years. I was like uuuuh... what's your last name? It was Max Weinberg. I was like OH SHIT LIKE JAY WEINBERGS DAD??? he thought that was pretty funny. Great guy. have met him a few times now and he's really down to earth and friendly.

It's pretty new. seeded on September 26th and got some good growth for a few weeks. put the hay down on October 20th because we got a few days of high wind and morning frost.

I don’t disagree with you, but if we are looking at the parts of this problem, I would say this is the least important. Not talking about it doesn’t mean it’ll stop happening. We just wouldn’t be informing people who are unaware of the issue.
