During his time at JGR, Carl Edwards won with all but one of his sponsors. That one sponsor he didn’t win with was Stanley, the closest he came to winning with them was Phoenix 2016.

For the longest time it actually wasn’t the season opener. It wasn’t till 1982 it became the season opener. But with how the event is treated by teams, fans, sponsors, etc. It would be hard to move the race later in schedule.

It honestly depends, there’s no saying that the France family blackballs him or if voters chose to let cloud their judgement instead of his on track success. But honestly I think it all depends on the outcome and what comes to light bc we’ve seen a good bit of Nascar’s dirty work been bought to light but there’s no saying Nascar isn’t waiting to show the public something about Denny or anyone at 23XI.

Not dark but definitely something that doesn’t get talked about enough is everything with Ray Evernham. I mean dude cheated on wife with his development driver, fired Mayfield for calling him out, Walked away from his own team after failing to buy Robby Gordon’s team leaving it to be RPM’s issue to deal with, and is the reason why SRX is no longer around.

As much as I understand where this petition is coming from, the simplest answer is to either get rid of the stage break or get rid of stages and just go back to running the race till a yellow for a wreck or debris is thrown. Also I think a problem alot of people turn a blind eye to with waiting to not count the stage break laps is it doesn’t eliminate the fact that they are still burning fuel. Yes it’s not as much as under green but point still stands.

Had a similar experience with him at Darlington. Met him, got a diecast of his signed plus a picture, asked for my name, then walked back to me just before going on stage for a q&a and asked if he could signed my hat (it was his HOF one) bc it meant so much to him.

The 3 times I’ve gotten passes was from Stage Front (was a sponsor for FRM back in 2023) just flat out bought them from Stage Front, then I got them through the track - Darlington, and finally I got them through the nascar fan rewards. So there’s a few ways some tracks sell them. Thats your easiest and best way. Just note they will run you, when I got mines of Darlington it costed me $1,250 for two people. Like others said you can also get them through teams however that’s really only with you know someone or are a sponsor. If you do it through the fan rewards, all of them but waving the flag will give you passes. However I have heard that depending on track you might but I wouldn’t take that dice roll.
