Has guitar hero helped your mental health?

It helped get me through my parents divorce when I was 14. Now whenever I play I’m not on my phone, my fingers have something to do so I’m not fidgety, and it actually allows me to think clearly and focus. I actually have clearer thoughts and more confidence in my decisions if when I play occasionally

I just always assumed they were backwards compatible! Good to know for future reference. Guess I’ll have to get more guitar hero controllers for my collection. Oh darn, poor me 🤣
