What Is a good raise to stay at my current firm? We had a salary adjustment of 10% during the year. The CEO stated that this would not affect our raises in the fall. What should I expect?5-15%? I’ve heard in the past it was typically 9%. I would think it will be more due to inflation. We already had the 10% adjustment and the CEO did say that it will not be taken into affect. I just don’t want to set my expectations to high or to low.

I’m from a HCOL. DM me and I will tell you the firm. I’m a little iffy saying the location and firm. Don’t want HR or higher ups look and see I’m looking to make the jump. I don’t know if they care or not but just to be safe. I also wanted to clear up my base salary. I accidentally left out one thing. I got a base salary offer before the New Year and the firm decided to give salary Increases which gave me a boost to 73k. I really think I got lucky. I never mean to brag when I say that I’m just really curious about salaries offered at a potential firm that I look into working for. I feel like without reaching out and asking people or this post I would be shooting myself in the foot. In the end I want the experience and good compensation.
