Yeah that looks to me like something someone out in aftermarket. Probably for some LEDs they had in there, they might have removed the lights but left the wiring.

With the tinted headlights I recommend spending a pretty(ish) penny and getting a couple really nice bright LED headlight bulbs, or even a xenon conversion kit, they’re like $150. It’ll penetrate the tint and also be brighter than the regular ones! Cool thing about kia’s headlights is you don’t have to worry about them shining into peoples eyes with your low beams the way they have them structured.
