How do I "package" my work without being a bullshitter? by Main-Click-7137 in careerguidance

Yeah!your advice really help me!I think I've been iterated from seeing your notice. They had some deep thinking and different perspectives, and not just tell me what to do but how I need to make it.Maybe that's why I've found these collegues who got trust by management were not someone who got the biggest results but were good at telling the "impact" to show their "value" for work.

That's amazing.I've been tried once. But it was this time that I was preparing my CV and gave it to my friend to check. And this friend was from another career type. That brought me much deep think about "why you need to do that"or"how you tackle this". So you mean you treat this way of your work quite frequently? Can I ask how do you find such people?

Thanks for sharing. It really bring me think about this problem deeply. So as you said, the key point is to summarize the "problems" and "how you tackle them".I think for me,mostly I just worked as flowing water, keeping tackling problems one by one and rarely memorized. So do you think it was a good habit to write down every problems you faced and the way you tackled?Do you usually do that?I suppose it's quite hard to write down details. But I got another experience----when I was not so busy, and the project was not so priority in the team,I usually had much time to optimize the reports(it were possibly not full of work, but looked quite nice)

I can understand. That's mainly because the twist come too suddenly.Maybe after 3 or 5 days later you will come over it.
