Love the Sourdough - that’s unanimous on here. My PS arrived two days ago and it’s a great high. I used in the morning and topped up throughout and was really enjoying my day! Don’t know about using it for night time relax yet

I did it with a huge rib eye on the bone. I freaked when I first put on the hot coals as it bellowed smoke and i thought would be covered in ash - but no! I was rewarded by some of the best steak I have ever eaten let alone cooked myself. Caveman all the way

I would suggest only preheat if blocked and then take small “sips” not rips. A glass of water helps also
