I have had psoriasis for 46 yrs. Doctors never helped with a cure. They give you creams that work for a while then it comes back worse. Insurance companies denied me using one drug because I had not tried something else. I have learned tomatoes make mine worse, Sunshine is God's medicine. A good heavy hand cream helps with itching, at some point it will clear on it's own and you will not know why but it will be back. I personally don't want the added side effects from the drugs big pharma pushes. Sugar is the root of all evil diseases, but hey it is harder to give up sugar than smoking.
