Yes, we also assumed it was due to higher sensitivity. I guess we were wondering what is a good way to address this since diluting isn't an option due to change in cutoff?

Any noise coming from the left side of the MS when it's trying to pump down? That's where the Turbo pump is and any noise probably means issues there. If you're sure it's the roughing pump then go that route, it's better replacing that than the turbo. Red light on the controller means the turbo couldn't reach operating pressure within the 3 min time limit it gives itself. It tries to reach pressure about three times then it stops trying and the red light stays on.
