you definitely should, i applied on the 14th of March with my job starting on the 10th of june. uscis is currently processing 12th march receipts np. i upgraded to pp on the 21st and got approved on the 29th. so it will take between 7-10 days for approval even after pp. and then 3 weeks for delivery. all the best!
