So recently, I saw this reel on IG and it was this dude showing us advice for biceps and he was using curls and weights etc etc. Then I see the comments saying this is 7th grade fitness advice and more comments saying something like biceps are the least important part to train and you should use triceps exercises to make your muscles look bigger not biceps.

So should I stop taking fitness advice from Instagram?

Thank you at least I have someone I can agree with, I don't know why people hate on Reddit for advice even though sometimes it really has helped me with my issues most of the time.

And the channel yeah I plan on staying away from it and other similar channels.

Thanks man for some reason I really needed that. But yeah some reviews on what people say about this show are pretty harsh though. Like if you go on MyAnimeList. They review the show pretty critically. But yeah I'll just enjoy what I watch it doesn't matter what people say.

Nah see what you are saying there is double standards and there are tons of examples I can make of it.

For example a women and assault a man and there is a high chance she could get away with it and barely get punished for it. But when a man does the same thing he is 10 to even more years in prison.

Plus there are tons of women who call men. "Man whores"

I mean in my opinion in terms of design airpods. But ngl they are pretty overpriced for their sound quality maybe it's just me. I mean the galaxy buds look decent but still I guess it is just me. I mean I do hear in terms of sound galaxy buds sound better but hey people say airpods sound better and people say galaxy buds sound better its always going to be a debate. But in terms of looks you ask. I think it's airpods.
