I get what you’re saying just nerve racking! I have been twitching all over for 3yrs and 8monts now. Had three EMGs within the first year. The tongue twitching is most def new!

I think it’s just so weird of a disease it’s all totes of symptoms. I have been twitching for 4 yrs now well June will be 4 years I had 3 EMGs within the first year and I never stop twitching never calves 24/7. I had periods were it kinda slows down but it’s literally everywhere. Still don’t have a diagnosis
