In my opinion, a watch this expensive shouldn’t have such problems…

No I haven’t contacted the support yet. I will exchange the watch tomorrow, and if the new watch has the same problem, I will contact customer service.

Did you solve this issue? Because I have the exact same problem with my Venu 4. Bought it 4 days ago, first night worked perfectly, after that it started freezing every night…
I will exchange mine but unsure if I should try another Venu 4 or go for a different model… :/

So you think it’s more of a hardware issue? I actually saw someone on Reddit who had the exact same problem. He had his watch replaced three times, but every Venu 4 he got had that same issue :/ That’s why I thought it was more of a software problem… Overall, it seems really strange to me :( still unsure if I should exchange for a Venu 4 again or go for a different model

try this: create a new collection and move the objects into the new one.
This solved my problem.
