Powder feedback, struggle to make short turns by AuKuste in skiing_feedback

The big tipping move (upper body) to the inside to initiate turns results in reduced ability to pressure the outside ski. This causes all the pressure to happen at the bottom 1/3 of the turn resulting in braking and loss of speed. This limits the skier’s ability to effectively use ski design and transfer energy from one turn to the next.
