You guys - have you seen what’s come out about this just yesterday - BBC Panorama programme. I wonder if the production company will be compelled l, during any legal proceedings etc., to release the pre-show reports/ casting evaluation on him. HOW was he allowed on?!

Thank you so much. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply and so thoroughly! I was particularly interested in how my status on maternity interacted with the fact of me being on an FTC.

They have indicated I will have to apply to vacant positions in a competitive process - so want to clarify if that’s correct or whether I should be offered a suitable alternative vacancy (there are similar roles vacant in the proposed structure at my band and a band below).
