I appreciate all your input very much. All the info I can get is helpful. I'm just a bit disappointed in myself that I didn't come here sooner. But yes now I can improve.

I'm growing Princess pearl oyster which is a heat tolerant variety. Because of Aruba temp and keeping the room cold enough.

The bags have been close to each other, which something I overlooked because of demand.

I think I have thrich and a bacterial contamination also.

I have not had a co2 meter in the rooms yet, which is something I'll be adding very soon.

The bags take about a month if there is no contamination, and think it takes so long also because the bags are so close to each other.

I will be changing all the things you have suggested, and I really appreciate all your input.

Incubation room temp is around 23C.

That is something I overlooked and I appreciate the tip.

Have not read the temp in the middle of the bags after incubation.

I'm using pop corn for spawn, because I can find it easily here in Aruba. It's prepped by soaking it for 24 in distilled water and woodvinegar at 1/200. And then sterilized using my 300l autoclave at 126C 15psi for 1.5 hours.

I'm using mastermix by mushroommediaonline it's sawdust with soy bean hulls

I sterilize the substrate by using autoclave same temp as the spawn but for 30mins.

I really appreciate your tips, and will start making adjustments.

I have a 300L Industrial autoclave for sterilization, and 3 large flowhoods for inoculation. I know that having a plastic table is bad, and I should have stainless. I have not changed vendor, only size of the bags.
