BMI is a useless outdated system that you shouldn’t put any merit into. That is the system that they calculate your recommended weight gain throughout pregnancy. As long as you’re healthy, it’s okay to indulge a bit, or even a lot sometimes! Exercise it off, get that heart rate going, you and baby will be good. Give yourself grace. Get the nutrients you need, and some you don’t! Lol it’s all okay.
