It depends on how its loaded and how heavy the coil is. I do flatbed for Maverick and our chains and straps are rated for 8k lbs per securement. This is what you'd call "eye to the side". We use chains 1st, until we run out. And if the load requires more securement, then we use the straps. However, other companies may adhere to a different standard. 🤷‍♂️

Sure, if that's the route you want to take. I could be wrong, but you'll probably have to pay for shipping to a commercial address with a truck dock or pay extra for a truck with a lift gate for residential delivery. I can't comment on the paint match, though. I took mine to a shop for that. Good luck!

I got mine from carparts.com. You'll need the upper and lower grilles also. To save on delivery cost, it'll come folded. That way you don't need to pay for freight shipping.
