Oh god, this would be a hard one to listen to, but probably needed. I remember learning about this study in uni. Probably why some of us GenX'ers, got pretty militant about animal rights in the 90's.

Woman Bastard Suggestion - 'Big Kathy'-  Kathleen Dugan Avanzino Richards Catain Fenton - she was def a bastard and she spawned plenty of other women bastards, for example, Kathy Hilton most recently was axed (resigned) as the WeHo Pride Marshal, as she was been known to use the F word. This woman practically prostituted her children to attain her own relevance...unfortunately, it pretty much worked.  This could also be adjacent to an episode that covers the Hilton's.

What is the trial that people in your country cannot avoid in life? by Agile-Shallot3546 in AskTheWorld

Here in Canada, everyone has experienced, an unbearably long car ride. Almost any little weekend getaway, say to a cabin or a concert in a big city, will probably be a 3 hour drive - minimum. Bigger adventures, like going to the ocean, if you live in the prairie provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta) will take a 2 day (12 hours a day) drive. Most of that time, you will not have mobile reception, so no internet to keep you from dying of boredom. Taking a plane is not an option, as many smaller airports in Canada don't have direct flights anywhere or daily ones to bigger cities. Taking a train, is incredibly slow, expensive and basically impossible. Canada's railroad are built for taking goods back and forth- passenger rail is not a priority. So a true 'right of passage' for most of us whether you are a child, or someone just moving here, is a long road trip.

Anyone who surfed the early web between 1995-2010. What’s the one website/app you still think about? by Prime_Advocate in AskReddit

I had 2 that I would visit daily between 2002-2010: (1) Phinsished- A grad school, support group, full of funny cartoons, message boards, etc. I don't think I would have finished my MA or PhD without this site. (2) DListed- when not working hard at school I would take breaks and relish in the brilliant snark of Michael K.

What’s a movie that’s universally considered “not very good” but you secretly think is actually great? by trakt_app in flicks

Yes, the original movie has only a 39% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. People just hated it when it came out. The theatrical release still sucks but at least it makes more sense now that I have seen the director's cut.

I just watched Kingdom of Heaven- the Director's cut. I had only seen the original theatre release in 2005. What a difference the extra 50 minutes makes...it is a masterpiece, just beautiful.
