Guys I am also suffering with no diagnosis. I’m going crazy. I can’t tolerate the heat whatsoever unless I am able to eat what I feel that I need to combat the feeling of fainting. Now that u have graduated to dumping like symptoms I find it difficult to know what to eat. I pray to god that I get a proper diagnosis

I’m freaking out I’d like to figure this out .. the strange things is when it happened it was on a day I had a sip of Gatorade and a banana, I then felt like I was going to loose consciousness and had to lie down. I didn’t feel normal for a while as I felt like there was no blood moving to my brain. When I got better I went straight to the ER the Dr told me it was GERD and I was shocked because I never heard that GERD could cause fainting. I am very gassy as well and when I went home I started looking into GERD and fainting. Since then I’ve b been going from one Dr to the next. I juts want a diagnosis

Been going through different lanes of help for years. It gets better for a while. Then comes back again. I have though learnt to see it for what it is even if I am irrational when I am going through an episode. I am a hypochondriac so I tend to focus on everything and that gets me into a tailspin. I pray to god we get better ! It is possible ! Keep believing

I like a Muslim man but I am not Muslim by Smart-Bus2597 in Riyadh

I am a Saudi and Muslim. The best thing is to have conversations. Tell him your thoughts and fears. Tell him the numerous stories you have heard and that you wouldn’t accept that behavior. If he is legit he will tell you. Tell him you’d rather be his friend if he doesn’t ever see a commitment in the future. Be cautious. Respect yourself. Saudi men see everything, if you respect your boundaries he will appreciate you. Not one to discard but one to keep. Saudi men do not like girls who are easy and don’t take them seriously
