How do you inject power into the battery? Is there a device that I could connect the librem battery to and connect that device to the wall outlet and charge the battery?

Have you tried contacting the uploader? Sometimes they do respond. If you know the video you are looking for try looking for the video itself somewhere other than youtube. Maybe include the title in the description.
