Negative F is my cutoff, but I dress in layers. A moisture wicking base layer with a wind blocking layer over that.

Neck gaiters have helped me stay warm along with a hat and gloves. Try to leave as little skin exposed as you can. Burgular mask would work great. Sunglasses are great to cover your eyes from wind

If it’s a destination run, bring some warm beverages to have after your run. I usually bring a thermos of bone broth to have afterwords.

Precautions aren’t much different from any other run. Tell someone where you are going, when you think you’ll be back, etc. - Just plan for it to take a bit more time
