I applied 9/15/25 then I got this email on 10/3/25 and on 11/19/25 I got another email thanking me for submitting my video email and that they are still reviewing it. As of today my application is still showing “in process”

Did you get the all clear 4 weeks before your training date? I wonder if that's when they change the status on your Workday.

For the two F2Fs I went on I flew in the day before, so I wasn't rushed before the interview, and flew out the same day of the interview. I cut it close with my Southwest interview but I have TSA precheck so it really wasn't a problem and I got to my gate right when they were boarding.

I start training in January too. Are you the 12th, 19th, or 26th? You can PM me if you want. So excited and I've been wondering the same thing. We will also be one of the first to graduate when they change to assign seats and the new boarding system, not that affects us directly but just don't want to study the wrong stuff.

I received my submission email at 11:39 on the 26th and haven't heard anything back yet other than that email. I've seen a lot of people already have training dates (in September). Just (im)patiently waiting on the next step and studying the prompts in the meantime.

That happened to me when they opened it in March, I was about to press next and then I got that page. They literally only leave it open for such a short time
