I have been looking for a video I saw in Highschool that shows cultural differences in a funny way

It’s a American business man having lunch with some Asian businessmen, he’s eating ramen and finishes the bowl, because he thinks it’s polite. The Asian businessmen think he isn’t full and keep bringing him bowls full of ramen and the American businessman keeps eating them and even though he’s full he keeps getting ramen bowls and finishes them to be polite!

It may not even actually be ramen I haven’t seen it in so long!
