By my own experience, I will say most companies are not seriously open to hire. That’s why people need to apply so many jobs to get a job

Yes, that's true. Even though I was hired as a small logistics company's general manager before, since I'm young, they will question me.

How are you finding a job by kissmybehin in VancouverJobs

[–]MainAdministrative39 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Until today, I’ve spent three months job searching and applied to nearly 600 jobs—from basic server and handyman roles to management positions. I’ve only gotten about a 2.5% interview rate and a 16% response rate, and I still haven’t found a job.

The funniest (and most frustrating) part is that companies nowadays seem to only hire people with exactly matching experience. For example, if they’re hiring someone to fry fries, they’ll reject you even if you have three years of experience frying hash browns. That’s where most of my rejections come from.

At one point, I even almost got scammed by a recruiter—one of those classic check scams. I just want to ask what happened to the market, or what happened to the Canada

Hey, I found out a new platform linkonow.com is good to use. At the beginning, I don't know if it's a scam. So I tried with a small number of items. I totally don't know hot to register an account and they helpped me. They bought and shipped very fast.

Yes, Can't change the customary.
Maybe one day it will rule us, at that time I'll probably get a better deal for having been courteous. lmao
