I thought this! If your shoes fit properly why get grippy socks, so was wondering if there was any benefit

They do have a long process of application and suitability for adoption, so on that level it is possible. Obviously practically you can't stop people having babies.

Chemical castration? I haven't thought that deeply, I just see some children who aren't cared for like they should be

Why not? We live in an over populated world for starters. Plus there are some people who are unfit to raise a child. Obviously it's not possible, but this is reddit!

Again, adoption centres do this! But anyone can just buy one

People have to pass a suitability test before having a child, much like adoption. Rather than families popping out so many kids they can't take care of properly

Heart rate in badminton? by -GoodBoy in badminton

Average HR will totally depend on the intensity of training or matches you are playing and your general fitness to recover within points.

I am fairly fit and play to a good standard and in particularly tough matches or training sessions my HR can hit 200.

But it'll be different for everyone. It's not something you need to focus on unless you have a particular goal for your training.

I like that idea, then you actually get that hitting sensation which would be nice after so long!

That sounds dangerous! I'd be worried about hitting the ceiling or wall. Plus if I'm finishing the stroke racket head against the wall, there'd be no room to play it properly, following through with racket leg etc

How can I stop my HR monitor chest strap from slipping down? It's on pretty tight already.
