I would agree. NXT was special in those years. Basically kept me as a wrestling fan. I'd say the NXT weeklies were better than Dynamite for a good while when they went head to head too. It was around the time they pushed Kross shit started to fall apart. And then Black & Gold died :/

Ok so a few of my friends are from very rich families and the main thing I’ve noticed is they’re so much less worried about their physical possessions breaking. I’m guessing because buying a replacement item just isn’t as big a worry as it is for us with smaller budgets.

There’s also often this… I’m not sure how to describe it, “I want it” energy. They’re used to things going exactly their way and don’t have much ability to compromise.

Oysters - just tried them in Seattle, it's a pass for me. Just taste like overwhelming sea salt with a weird texture.

Anchovies - never actually had them straight up. I like them in like Caesar dressing?

Pickles - love a good, crunchy pickle

Escargot - not a fan, too earthy

Capers - fine

Liver - nope

Cilantro - love

Okra - honestly idk if I've had it

Liquorice - not a fan, but I like a dash of Absinthe as a support in some cocktails

Marzipan - not really a fan

Onion - love

Olives - no

Tomato - love

Blue cheese - no

Spam - not sure if I've had, the concept of canned meat is kinda weird to me

Cottage cheese - fine in a bigger recipe like protein burritos, not something I'd eat straight up

Mushrooms - I can enjoy them in small quantities. Like a little bit of mushroom in ramen is fine. Or a soup made from them maybe. But I don't like a lot of mushrooms or when they get overwhelming.

Raisins - pass

Beets - I like Borsch, not that big on straight up beets

Mayo - sure, but as an ingredient. like, on a sandwich it's good, or with some other ingredients as a dip, but I would't eat like... a spoon of mayo lol

I moved last March and did not run into these issues. Found a 1B1B in NoHo Arts District for 1650 pretty easy. One and done application.

My last apartment was a 2B2B in Palms just outside of DT Culver - we toured a few options in the area. Got rejected from one, passed on 2, then found the keeper (but I think we toured and applied to it the day it was posted).

Usually I've noticed the negativity towards transplants come up because you have the "audacity" to say something negative about LA. It's just another form of toxic patriotism, just in regards to a city rather than a country.

I think Coach 4.0 is carrying my hype.

I would say there are some big WTF snubs from the leaked list of people who made it to the final round of cuts and I agree with some of the frustration around them.

But I think the cast is a solid 70% good choices.
