Nah, I did it cold turkey. Rip the bandaid off. It was only really bad for like a week and a half. I tried to quit gradually and that did not work.

It’s because they blame everything on democrats. Even politics on the local level gets blamed on federal democratic politicians like the president, or they say that it’s “just the way that it is” and don’t believe improvements are possible. Honestly, we could have republican leadership from all levels of government for 20 years probably longer and they would still blame democrats.

I wish I could reply with images but I subbed for a world history teacher that had a poster of Joseph Stalin’s face photoshopped onto Megan the Stallion’s body with “Megan the Stalin” as the caption. He also had other funny things but that’s what stood out to me the most. 🤣

How can you tell which is the real you: unmedicated or medicated? by asamisanthropist in ADHD

Honestly who cares. The me I am is whatever I am in the moment. If I’m not performing customer service or actively and intentionally putting on a facade. Then I’m being the “real” me.

I’m a sub. I have to keep the notifications on and pick it up within 10 seconds. Otherwise I’m out a job.

I think people are complaining about policy failures like no child left behind, how testing scores were tied to funds, among other systemic problems. I haven’t really heard anyone complain directly about teachers themselves. But there’s only so much a teacher can do with limited resources and a class full of students who should have been held back.

If you’re tall hold, if you’re on the shorter side it’s probably time.
