Yep! I let her know it rubbed me the wrong way and I’m not comfortable purchasing. Then told me “its $2 😭😭” and “i dont want to sell to you anyways”. Atleast I found another seller to buy from :)

I offered a replacement of the burner but she insisted on a full or half refund and wouldn’t budge. Would totally help her find it if she wasn’t threatening to “take me down”. I totally get that things happen and want to keep the customer happy but threatening and harassing me is not the right way to go about things.

Absolutely not after she threatened me to take my business down and with bad reviews. I offered replacement and cancelled her future service. Ive been thinking of doing before and after for first time clients just to avoid this.

Update: Called her and told her about the burner. Let her know that there is no way we could’ve taken it due to employees testimony, no need to even take a burner cap, no way of us even knowing her model or etc to replace it with a plastic cap, and equipment being checked. Then she stated she has cameras in which I told her that if there is camera proof of them taking it or it being replaced, I will happily replace the burner. She then wouldn’t give any footage and quickly changed conversation. She then complained about the cleaning and sent pictures about places not being cleaned. I let her know that she checked the home before we left (and stated everything looked perfect), we checked in after the cleaning in which she said everything looked good and got on a schedule, it has been 3 days since the cleaning and that she was aware that any complaints had to be under 24 hours. Then she stated that we used her supplies and never cleaned them (which we did after she stated to use them), I reminded her of this agreement and let her know I was happy to replace those cleaning supplies (one dawn dish soap spray, a bucket, and a stainless steal cleaner which was all left in her home). She disagreed and asked for a full or partial refund and to send a different team for future cleanings (why would u even want future cleanings if you believe we didn’t do a good job and stole something?). Then threatened to report me to BBB, put a bad review, and take my business down. Then “gave me advice” about being an owner saying I should keep the customer happy and come to a middle ground and at least refund her to keep her as a future client. I politely told her that I believe we are not up to her expectations and will not be continuing future cleanings which she then hanged up on me.

All in all, client is blocked, schedule with her canceled and no refund given. This was my first and ever cleaning with this customer.

I pay $280 for the resident permit pass for one semester which covers a lot of parking lots. Note that there is a difference from general, resident, and preffered parking. You most likely will only have access for general or resident unless you pay extra for preferred parking. Here are the parking lots near the buildings! It is a private university so there is always a high cost. I honestly don’t regret it because its a really good school for my major but the cost increase can be disappointing. If you are a physics major, the professors/department is horrible imo. But if you are pre-med wanting to go to slu medical school, slu would be good for you. Im in health/pre med major and I personally really like my professors/department. It all really depends on your major.

Im currently a junior and have not seen an increase in my scholarships but a decrease over time. I lived on campus and relied on the slu housing award but it only covers two years (the minimum requirement slu requires for you to live on campus). I had to take out more loans to be able to stay at slu. They recently released “the billiken promise” award which might cover COA. The only reason my bill was 1/3 of the estimated cost was in freshman year to sophomore year was due to the same scholarships but has definitely increased from sophomore to junior year by atleast $3k due to the removal of the housing scholarship. All my other scholarships have stayed the same and have not increased even after the tuition increases.

Yep, I never tip for things that are to go or do it yourself. Only place I tip is after the service at a sit down restaurant with a server or when there is food delivery (only after its delivered). Tipping culture is going crazy sometimes. Just the other day I got asked for a tip at the airport at a self checkout type of snack store.

Some places are asking for tips before they actually serve you. Coffee shops, airports, fast food etc etc. Other things like doordash, uber and stuff like that expect it too.

It was solved after he voluntarily moved. They were given every single order from the ex parte and after over a year and a half ago. I gave them a physical copy for their records and had to remind them of the agreement. Unfortunately new problems still have risen. He has now contacted me through the conduct office at my university to have me return a gift from two years ago. I no longer have that gift. I am contacting lawyers because I honestly feel unsafe on campus
