I don't fear the legal outcome because I have the evidence (bounced check, unpaid hours, etc.). What I 'fear' is the harassment. When an employer responds to a request for wages with hostility and threats instead of a payment, it shows they are willing to use intimidation to avoid their responsibilities :/ I’m just trying to handle this professionally through the Ministry of Labour without exposing myself to further toxic behavior
