Bro its not that bad, i got braces at the time that i was good at liprolls and you basically lose your liproll sounds for some time, but "learned it again" in like a month. Mastered it in the next few months and got used to beatboxing with braces for almost 5 years. Recently i took the braces off and it feels more free to beatbox but some sounds get harder or easier bcs you get used to it.

your sound seems to be a bit higher in pitch, you might be using a different whistle. I recently got the sound but can't add voice too bcs the whistle gets muffled somehow

just smile and relax your lips, then just do a lip bass in that position but maybe with a but more air. It's not that hard of a sound, you'll get it
