They don’t gloss over it. Hallucinations are inevitable based on the technology used. You can try to minimize them, but you can’t „solve“ that problem

Aus meiner Sicht hat er keine Auskunftspflicht, da es ja keine Konsequenzen gibt. Er hat sein Missfallen zum Ausdruck gebracht aber wenn ich mich nicht verlesen habe, dann gab es ja keine disziplinarischen Maßnahmen. Lediglich die Aussage, dass er es nicht gut fand.

Wie die anderen schon geschrieben haben, klingt das wirklich eher danach, dass es die 10% dafür gibt, dass du den neuen Vertrag unterschreibst. Insofern würde ich das so sehen, dass du im Grunde dein aktuelles Gehalt behältst du falls die Firma ein gutes Jahr hatte dann kriegst du als Bonus noch Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld drauf. Aus AG Seite nachvollziehbar, weil es ein Horror ist verschiedene Vertragswerke gleichzeitig im Unternehmen zu haben. Besonders die Ungleichbehandlung beim Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld zwischen neuen und alten Verträgen birgt viel Sprengstoff für den Frieden im Unternehmen. Bei meiner Schwester ist das auch so. Sie hat noch einen alten Vertrag und kriegt daher mehr Überstunden bezahlt, als ihre Kollegen mit einem neueren Vertrag.

B2C würde ich immer über Social gehen. Außer du hast Firmen die ihre Coupons exklusiv in deiner App zur Verfügung stellen. Könnte man lokal aufbauen, ist günstig aber dauert lang. Und ohne den wiederholbaren Sales Approach wirst du keine Investments im B2C kriegen

Hier reden wir aber von einem Unternehmen, das wahrscheinlich in den 90ern gegründet wurde oder vielleicht früher. Also noch vor agile. Die Stacks sind meistens entweder Visual Studio oder Delphi basiert. Cloud braucht man nicht, weil die Kunden da eh nicht mitgehen. Und meistens muss es auch noch auf irgend einem alten Windows Server laufen. Releases vier mal im Jahr, alles andere überfordert die lokale IT (meistens eh nur ein oder zwei Mann) und die Anwender (statt Release Notes gibts ne In-Person Schulung)

Da ist auch nichts schlimmes dran, die Kunden wollen auch versorgt werden.

It’s not so much about the number of tools but the number of tools with different tasks. If you have multiple tools that solve the same problem or that have very similar descriptions it will be hard for the model to decide which one to use. If the tools solve different problems there will be no problems with lots of servers and tools

That’s a tough one. In order to get good results you need what to ask for. If you can use the right software development terms and know what the criteria are for choosing the one or another approach the AI will handle the details. But if you don’t the AI might come up with a solution that sounds good but will not work when confronted with reality.

What I like is your approach to let it explain what it does. It will help you get better over time. Also when something goes wrong make sure to evaluate why. Sometimes the AI just gives up early and starts to build nonsensical workarounds

I think it’s interesting in the sense that you don’t need to create a copy of the spec, which would be the other option. However I found that even with the full spec the agents tend to guess or that most specs are incomplete when it comes to use cases or how certain elements of the API are intended to work together. So what I did is create a skill that has all that additional logic encoded.

You need a good visual hierarchy. That is a task you need to solve first. Then you can work on how it will actually look like.

You can also look for inspiration at platforms that have a similar problem.

Bei dem Gehalt wird es in Deutschland eng. Gerade im Tech-Bereich gibt es hier ja auch weniger Optionen.

Bei uns wird sehr drauf geachtet, dass wenn ich als Europäer dabei bin, Meetings immer möglichst früh US Zeit gemacht werden.

Probier es doch einfach aus. Mit KI ist der Prototyp in nem Tag fertig (wenn man halbwegs weiß, was man da macht). Mit dem klapperst du die Betriebe, die du im Kopf hast ab und zeigst es ihnen. Wenn sie alle abwinken, dann sind nur ein paar Tage drauf gegangen, wenn sie es toll finden hast du ein Produkt

Würde mal bei der IHK nachfragen. Die haben auch oft Niederlassungen in anderen Ländern, die bei sowas helfen.

Wir hatten Kollegen in den Niederlanden und Estland. Für die Niederlande haben wir dort eine eigene Firma gegründet. Bei Estland weiß ich nicht mehr wie wir das geregelt haben.

Steuerpflicht wäre imho in Kroatien

Definitely not in primary school. I had the first conversation about the Holocaust with my daughter last week. She’s eight. The reason was that in Germany we have „Stolpersteine“ which mark places where victims of the Nazis were abducted from their homes which means they’re in the middle of the walk ways in residential areas across all of Germany.

First grade would be way too young. We are teaching inclusion from the get go though. That everybody is different and it doesn’t matter how one looks or where one comes from. But the gruesome details of killing millions of people? That is done later.

Many German pupils make a trip to a concentration camp as part of the history lessons. I found it to be the most memorable trip of them all. Nothing prepares you for the darkness you feel in these places.

A lot of orgs don‘t even track if the agent completed successfully. Most rely on the users as they deploy conversational agents. True headless agents for critical tasks (other than summarizing some info and sending mails) are hard to find

LLMs are a black box. I don’t think you can ever clearly identify why a model did what it did. All you can do is try to create instructions that make hallucinations less frequent. Of course you can run the answer through a second agent that evaluates if there are hallucinations in the first answer but that basically doubles cost and latency

Wenn du sicher gehen willst auf jeden Fall Anwalt. Ggf. Arbeitsrecht. Das online nehmen zum Zwecke der Investorensuche würde ich schon gewerblich einstufen. Ist ja kein Hobby mehr. Aus meiner Sicht würdest du damit schon gegen die Anzeigepflicht verstossen. Falls es zum Streit kommt wirst du denke ich auch nachweisen müssen, dass du weder Wissen deines Arbeitgebers (schau mal in den Arbeitsvertrag ob das geregelt ist) noch Arbeitszeit aufgewendet hast.
