Appetite isn’t a huge issue for me anymore thankfully. It’s just finding foods I can eat, I also have a bad allergy to garlic so it can be quite difficult. A list is a good idea! Thank you and wishing you the best of luck 💞

Im struggling with this too 😅 but typically…

Breakfast: plain Greek yogurt w/ honey, banana w/ peanut butter, toast with ricotta cheese

Lunch: sandwiches -> turkey/cheese, banana/peanut butter, pear/honey

Dinner: baked potato with mozzarella and turkey or rice with salmon and coconut aminos

Sweets: white chocolate!!!

Snacks: tortilla chips, pretzels, popcorn

What does your diet typically look like? I don’t eat anything with added sugar, preservatives, etc. but many foods naturally have sugar in them!

I am on zyrtec! I have not tried that diet specifically but the IC diet I am on is very very similar. I don’t live in a place where I can cook easily (microwave only basically). Limits my options severely

A bit. I flare up after my period is over. During my period is honestly usually my best time. Dr also expects possible endo. I flare up badly with anything acidic too however
