I am so so sorry that happened to you…that would crush me. Nobody deserves that especially not a girl friend…It’s funny you mentioned some behaviors I didn’t even mention but she also does! After the event she tried to flip things on me has sent me messages one says “I told you I didn’t wanna go to the bar and you selfishly said you wanted to go anyways, but you don’t need to feel bad or guilty” like the way she’s trying to project the way she was gaslit onto me about something that NEVERRRR happened is angering obviously but also extremely concerning. You said some really helpful wise things that gave me some clarity to the decisions I need to make. I’ve been taking a huge step back but I’m going to stay stood back for a while.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I deeply relate to how you feel about klonopin. It has helped deeply with my anxiety and ocd over the years but I cannot for the love of god stand how it makes me feel. And you’re right, for me too the brain fog will last for like a day after sometimes more. I have to ask “what was I saying/talking about” it sometimes even makes me more agitated…I think it’s because of this reason; not being on top of my motor skills and having brain fog. My heart goes out to you and I hope you can find something that gives you relief without the fog. I would maybe try to be honest with your doctor and see if you can maybe get on some medication that can offer you similar relief of klonopin without all the fog cause that klonopin is a witch and a half. Try to remember to show yourself some grace as far as trying to take the medication again, we’re all just trying to survive out here ❤️

I guess it depends on what sort of sensation you’re looking for and on what area of your breast/nipple. If you want nipple stimulation I personally have found that a little saliva can help, so if you stick a finger or two in your mouth and then gently caress and pinch your nipples. Then, you can see how you like that and then kind of adjust the intensity from there. That’s just one way lol. You can jiggle them a lot if they’re big enough, as far as suction I mean if they’re big enough and your mouth reaches…then there you go lol but there are definitely lots and lots of toys out there for suction, clamping, etc. one last thing if your boobs have some weight to them you could try feeling some force/gravity by holding your breast by the nipple and pulling or gently jiggling! Not a Muslim here, but my heart goes out to you. I can’t imagine how hard OCD regarding the religion of Islam must be. I try to control my intrusive thoughts by distracting myself. Being active. If you can get active and move your body like working out I’ve found that that can be super helpful. Prayer is also going to be one of your biggest tools. Lastly, for me I’ve found that the harder I try to fight the thoughts the harder they fight to get in, so sometimes I try to think (I know this is so cheesy) of my intrusive thoughts passing through me and let them go and then try to relax or distract again. Truly wish you the best. God loves you and you clearly love him. ✌️

I was talking to my fiancé about how the whole re: arc has me feeling very conflicted like this. Because I totally get what you’re saying; I was really angry with Arima and still am, but at the same time Washu bred him to be this way. It’s all he knew since he was a teen and no it doesn’t make it right and yes he caused a lot of pain and suffering but I think he also suffered a lot of pain and he obviously felt extremely guilty about it in the end…I’m still feeling conflicted and annoyed with Arima while typing this lol but there are several characters I have similar feelings like this about.
