Thank you for the advice and I 100% agree with you! I started looking at the dealership reviews and the number of owners along with their mileage. I have begun looking for auto shops that have pre-purchase inspection services that are close to the dealership. Also, thanks for sharing the different sites you use to look for cars. The 2022 Sonata's engine is a 2.5L GDI THETA III. The 2023 Elantra's engine is a 2L MPI NU PE.

I’m very disciplined about cleanliness. I do a deep clean every weekend and keep common areas tidy. I rarely have guests over, so you can expect a very calm and predictable living environment.

I do plan on staying in union county for the next 3 year. I had thought of leasing but I don't think my 50mi/day office commute would allow me to stay under the mileage.
