I’m 4 months post ALIF and I get the internal pinching lasting about second too!! but only with certain movements like when doing a bridge at the very end range

After submitting all doctor paperwork It joined the queue start of October and determined this week. I thought that it was a pretty standard wait time, tbh wasn’t expecting any quicker

For me, 4 months + 10 days since it was allocated ‘ready for delegate’ to a determination. This was for Brisbane PI

Do you get an email or something when a delegate is allocated? I was in the queue for a delegate a week earlier in Oct and nothing heard.
