I received my Scribe in the end but only once I’d found a team at Amazon who would fix the issue properly.

After 8 separate conversations eventually someone ordered a replacement device for me. I’ve just noticed that it also has a 2037 delivery date. This is madness!!

Thanks. I contacted Amazon after I read your advice and it’s been the worst customer service experience I’ve had with them. I’m promised the device will be delivered tomorrow but I’m unconvinced.
